The before and after for leadership programmes and conferences

The programme ends. The change doesn't have to.

We design the before and after around the leadership programme, training or event you already run, so what people learn becomes what they actually do.

How it works

We build the before and after around the programmes and events you already run, so the thing people came for lasts well beyond the last session.

How it works: a transformational track added before and after your programme or event

After: where the learning becomes practice

Most of the learning happens outside the room

You deliver something powerful. People leave inspired. But you rarely know what happened six months later, and there is no structure to support them in making it real.

You're producing something ambitious on a budget that never quite stretches, with no room to design what happens before and after.

Why this is needed now

Four things we keep running into, in our own work as much as anyone else's.

In a leadership programme, the same design sits inside the programme itself, so nobody pays extra.

What you get

  • Participants who can name what they did differently three months on.

  • People who arrive already in conversation with each other, and who keep that connection after the last session.

  • An answer to what participants keep saying afterwards: great energy, but what next?

Who we work with

For programmes and gatherings where people come to grow.

  • The people

Leadership programmes: You run a programme meant to change how people lead, and you want to know it holds once they are back at work.

Conferences and festivals: Your people come back every year, and some are asking for something deeper than a session.

  • The model

Leadership programmes: The before and after is part of your programme and paid for from its fee. Participants pay nothing extra.

Conferences and festivals: Participants pay for the deeper track, and we split what is left after costs.

  • The fit

Leadership programmes: Cohorts that meet as a group.

Conferences and festivals: From about 400 people.

Not sure which you are? Write to us and we will be honest about whether it fits.
