Leadership and vertical development

For leaders whose role now asks more of them than their current way of thinking and leading can carry. We design learning that builds the inner capacity to hold complexity, make sound judgement calls under uncertainty and guide others through change, alongside the skills they need.

For teams designing experiences, products and services that people truly value. We help them understand the people they serve, test ideas early and turn what they learn into solutions that work in the real world, while building the creative confidence to keep innovating on their own.

Includes: experience design, design thinking, prototyping and testing, design-driven innovation, innovation sprints.

Academies and trainer development

For organisations building their own academies and developing their own trainers. We help them design learning architectures that last, and we equip their internal facilitators to deliver with skill and confidence, so the capability stays inside the organisation.

Includes: academy design, train the trainer, facilitation skills, pedagogy and programme design, faculty development.
