Learning design for conferences and gatherings

Our approach

Why Us

Three disciplines that learning and development usually keeps apart.

Design Driven

We use human centered design to iteratively design and implement experiences that get better over time.

Learning Transfer Science

Using the deep research behind our Transfer Arc, we take the best practices for supporting real application after an experience.

Transformational Experience Design

This is about looking beyond the learning science, to use Expereince Design methods and tools to plant the seeds of transformation in the experiences we design.

Rigorous. Memorable. Built to last.

The Transfer Arc

Your event needs a Pre and a Post. Not a longer event. A designed arc around the one you already run.

The Transfer Arc. Three phases with three principles each. Pre, the excitement phase: Needed — addresses a real gap; Meaningful — tied to identity and purpose; Relational — anchored in relationships. During, the engagement phase: Engaged — through the head, heart and hands; Stretched — real learning edges met in a safe container; Held — by a foundation of positive relationships. Post, the extension phase: Shared — visible to your peers; Applied — tried in real conditions; Integrated — meaning made and the loop closed.
